Christmas in July starting 07/17 + 7/20-7/22, 2021

Are you looking for gifts that are easy to make, useful, fun and simple to personalize? Well, here at The Sewing Gallery, we’ve got you covered! This July we are hosting a series of four classes that will teach you to make a variety of fabulously simple gifts for the holidays.

On Saturday, July 17th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, our first class features a festive Noel Banner using basic sewing, appliqué, and quilting techniques! So cute and guaranteed to brighten your holiday décor.

On Tuesday, July 20th from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, we will have a duet class with two projects! The first will teach you to make bowl cozies. These soft, shaped bowl cozies are made to hold a hot bowl of soup or a cold bowl of ice cream. You can use it in the microwave when heating up a bowl of food and not worry about burning your fingers! The second project is a beautiful, no sew, woven snowflake ornament. The ornament looks intricate but is really very easy.

On Wednesday, July 21st from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, for all of you that love machine embroidery, our third class will show you how to embroider a super sweet snowman potholder with chenille and ball fringe. Couldn’t be cuter!

On Thursday, July 22nd from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, our final class is another duet! Here you will learn to make a lovely, trimmed pillowcase using directional fabric. Always a crowd pleaser and easy to personalize! The last project will teach you to make simple, but cute coasters using five inch squares. Fun, easy, and something everyone can use.

Each project will have a kit with project specific supplies. The classes are $20 each, but if you sign up for all four, you will only pay $40! That’s half price! As always, there will be refreshments and giveaways. It’s always a good time, so come and join us!
